CASTOR OIL PREPARATION
(for external use only)

This is a helpful preparation tool. It will substantially increase the amount of matter released during each treatment and will continue the softening process for you between treatments.
Castor oil is a natural oil derived from the bean of the castor plant. Nature intended this oil to be used externally, so please do not drink it.
What does it do ?

  • acts as a bowel lubricant
  • softens hardened compacted matter
  • soothes inflamed internal tissues; it is one of nature's best anti-inflammatory oils
  • relaxes and calms the colon due to an increase in nerve supply
I recommend that you do this as a preparation before treatments. By doing this you will release up to twice as much matter from your bowel and more easily ! During your course of colonics, I would recommend that you do the castor oil 4-7 times per week.
How do I apply it ?
Lie down and pour a decent-sized puddle of oil onto your abdomen and using one finger, spread it over your belly leaving a thick layer. DO NOT RUB IT IN.  It will absorb at its own rate. Now cover the abdomen with a towelling hand towel that has been folded in half. To keep the towel in place pull up your underpants or boxer shorts (the biggest ones you own !).

Allow a one-hour period for the oil to slowly penetrate into your bowel.
NB There's no need to wash the towel between use. Just re-use it.

The best time to do this is the period between finishing dinner and your bed-time. While it's soaking in you can either lie down or recline in front of the TV, or read, or you can walk around as the towel and big undies will keep everything in place
